WeBWorK server is down due to Jarvis Hall being without power

We had a strong thunderstorm last night (June 21st), and the basement of Jarvis Hall got flooded. It looks like the entire building was taken offline and it is now without any power, as the workers are pumping water out of the basement.

There is no estimate as to when the server will be back online, as the workers do not know how long would it take to deal with water damage. It might be tomorrow (June 23rd) when the power is restored.

Server maintenance 10am-3pm today

Our WeBWorK server, webwork.uwstout.edu is undergoing some routine maintenance today from 10am until about 3pm. This will be updated when the maintenance is completed.

Update: the work was completed at 2:25pm.

UW-Stout webwork server is offline due to power outage

UW-Stout webwork server at webwork.uwstout.edu will be offline from 11am Friday, June 29th until about 9am Monday, July 2nd due to campus-wide power outage.

Campuswide internet outage

There seems to be a campuswide internet outage at UW-Stout now, and our webwork server, webwork.uwstout.edu, is not currently available as well as lots of other Stout sites.

Update: the outage was over at 11:40am. The outage lasted from about 8am until 11:40am June 7th, 2012

Planned Power Outage: 4:30pm Friday until Saturday morning

There is a planned power outage in the building housing our webwork server. So, the webwork.uwstout.edu server is going to be offline from 4:30pm Friday, June 1st until morning of June 2nd (Saturday).
